Florence 1 Schools has implemented an employee referral program. The program is intended to encourage the community and employees to refer qualified applicants to Florence 1 Schools critical need positions. As an incentive Florence 1 Schools will offer a monetary incentive of $250.
The Human Resource department has identified the critical needs positions as:
* North Vista- all certified teaching positions
* Williams Middle School- all certified teaching positions
* Wilson High School - all certified teaching positions
* Special Education
* High School Math
* High School English
* Middle School Math
* HS Spanish
In order to receive the $250 bonus, the person being referred must accept one of the above positions in the critical need area, sign a contract with the district, and meet all qualifications set by Florence 1 Schools.
The attached Employee/Community Referral form will need to be completed and submitted to the Human Resource Department or send it with someone you are recommending to our Interview Day this Saturday at Sneed Middle School.
